Project Management Bootcamp

Our Project Management Bootcamp is an intensive, 4-day training experience designed for those who want a complete, immersive, and real-world focused program in the shortest time possible.

In just 4 days, you’ll cover all the key elements from our Starter, Professional, and Expert packages through a mix of in-office lessons and hands-on site visits.

Day 1: In-Office Training (Foundations and Preparation)
  • Introduction to project management principles and life cycles

  • Understanding project roles, responsibilities, and workflows

  • Office management: Document handling, communication strategies

  • Booking site surveys, analyzing location and access plans

  • Preparing for real-world site inspections: checklists and tools

  • Workshop: Develop a basic project plan and site inspection brief

Day 2: Field-Based Training (Site Survey and Inspection)
  • Conducting live site surveys

  • Verifying site requirements and access conditions

  • Taking accurate on-site measurements

  • Identifying logistical and health & safety considerations

  • Booking and coordinating site surveys professionally

  • Field Exercise: Create and submit a full site inspection report

Day 3: Field-Based Training (Installation and Progress Management)
  • Supervising installation team operations

  • Coordinating on-site logistics and schedules

  • Dealing with real-time challenges and unexpected site issues

  • Communicating progress updates to clients during installation

  • On-site quality control and snagging basics

  • Field Exercise: Prepare a live installation progress report

Day 4: In-Office Training (Project Closure and Leadership Skills)
  • Managing project milestones and key deliverables

  • Final inspections and project reception with the client

  • Signing off technical documents and completion certificates

  • Conducting client presentations: showing progress, addressing concerns

  • Keeping projects within budget and time constraints

  • Final Workshop: Complete your end-to-end project presentation

Bootcamp Details:

  • Format: 2 days office-based + 2 days field-based

  • Location: Liverpool Road Studios + Partner Sites Across UK
